Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of product from DSW Jewellery Bali. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly. If you place an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Should there is any unclear point, please do not hesitate to contact us further.


The prices stated on the website are retail prices. Our competitive wholesale pricelist is available upon request. All prices and transactions are in US dollars (US$). Prices are updated occasionally due to the overall actual costs and subject to change without prior notice. Customer can change the color of stone (will be charged for additional cost), diameter and size.


For our wholesale customers:

Minimum order for trial or sample per order: 2 pieces per style.

Minimum order for wholesale per order: 5 pieces per style.

Order with 1 piece per style will be charged as retail price.

For promotional purposes, the minimum quantity for first trial order is negotiable to all new clients who want to try and evaluate our quality. Please contact us for your proposal.



By SWIFT transfer in two installments.

50% deposit upon receipt of the order.

The balance to be paid in advance at the notification of the order completion immediately prior delivery.

The production process will promptly start as soon as the deposit is received.



Our production time takes approximately 2-3 weeks since the deposit reached our bank account.

To prevent any error and to shorten the Bank transaction time, please fax or email us the bank transfer documents as soon as possible, so, we can trace your deposit from our side.

We will somehow notify you for any shorter or longer production time for your most precise planning.



Shipment are according to client’s instructions: by air-cargo, by courier, or by air parcel post. Usually customer will provide us with their account in UPS/Fedex/DHL, or we can use our account and customer will be charged for that.

Delivery is based on the time at which the order and the deposit are received. Normally, 2-3 weeks from the date of deposit arrival.

We will notify the client of the order receipt as well as the approximate of completion and delivery.

Since prices are F.O.B. ex-factory, all charges for delivery and insurance are at client’s responsibility



In case of order cancellations, deposited payments are not refundable.



Should you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us to reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your order.

Your payment will also be refunded in full amount to you as soon as our products is returned via a recorded & traceable courier . Cost of delivering the returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for products damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling.



We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.



Every item on the Site has been made to the highest standard of quality. Please note that some items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.

Due to screen defaults and photography techniques, some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
